Honest empty states across the dashboard

Dashboard pages now show a clear Unavailable or Unknown state instead of a zero or placeholder when a number cannot be verified.

Owner pages across the dashboard now read real data and say so honestly.

• Affected pages: Approvals, Reviews, Team, Website, Brand DNA, Marketing, Guests, Programs, Activity, Inbox, Calendar, Assets, Shop, and Settings.
• Each page shows “Unavailable” or “Unknown” when a number cannot be verified.
• Previously, some pages showed a zero or a placeholder that looked like a real result.
• Several of these pages also gained a contextual Ask Semperi panel beside the content.

This is a trust and accuracy change. No new features were added.
