Safer recovery for Website drafts

Website draft approvals now survive reload and give the owner a clear choice to finish the change or leave the draft unchanged.

Website draft approvals are now easier to recover when a chat is interrupted or reloaded.

• Recovered requests appear again in the approval experience.
• The owner can finish the exact approved draft or choose Leave unchanged.
• A failed save leaves the draft unchanged and stops repeated edits.
• The same request cannot be applied twice or later reverse an owner’s recorded choice.

These controls prepare and keep a draft only. Publishing the Website and syncing the Menu remain separate owner actions.
