Data and synchronization problems

Diagnose stale or conflicting restaurant data without causing duplicate or opposing writes.

Identify the field, its intended source of truth, both displayed values, restaurant/location, last-sync time, and when the source changed. Refresh once after the current sync window.

Do not edit both Semperi and the source repeatedly. Do not disconnect and reconnect while the previous result is unknown. For KPI differences, include period, timezone, status filters, taxes/fees/refunds treatment, and source screenshots.

Cross-restaurant data is urgent: stop, avoid exporting or sharing it, and escalate immediately.
