Known product limitations

Current boundaries that should not be reported as defects or promised as released features.

• The scan/report experience is partial; full scoring and narration are unfinished.
• Today and Dash are partial; source and narration coverage are incomplete.
• Menu is partial at external parsing and Fleksa sync recovery edges. A partial or unknown sync result requires investigation, not a blind retry.
• Ordering is partial; all payment and extended commerce paths are not complete.
• Shop dashboard and reservations are mostly synchronized views. The exceptions write: pause-orders and busy mode change diner-visible checkout, and confirming or declining a reservation notifies the guest.
• The owner mobile app is dark; it is built but has no released store build, so do not tell a restaurant it is available.
• Inbox channel coverage and Host assistance are incomplete.
• External social publishing is stubbed; confirm delivery outside Semperi.
• The marketing reviews workspace is dark.
• Complete self-service billing is not documented as released.
• Atlas, Host, Quill, Vibe, Pulse, Ledger, and Sage have built signature workflows but remain gated for customers; do not confuse built with enabled or completed work.
