Website and domain problems

Separate editor, publish, rendered-site, and DNS failures before taking recovery action.

Check whether the problem exists in the editor, preview, published Semperi URL, or custom domain. Record page, tenant, publish time, approver, expected version, and what a fresh browser session shows.

If preview is right but the public site is wrong, do not keep republishing. If the Semperi URL works but the domain does not, capture current DNS records and ownership; avoid repeated DNS changes during propagation.

For a broken guest journey, preserve the last known good version and escalate with the rollback owner.
