Guests, contacts, and audiences

Import and segment contacts without assuming permission to send them messages.

Current status: partial. Contacts, imports, and audience gates are live; outbound messaging is incomplete.

Before import, confirm source, restaurant ownership, consent basis, fields, encoding, and duplicate policy. Review a sample and total count. Segment membership is not proof of legal permission for email or SMS.

Limit exports and support evidence to necessary fields. Stop if contacts from another restaurant appear.
