Connectors and synchronization

Connect authorized sources and diagnose freshness without creating conflicting writes.

Current status: partial. Fleksa and connector foundations are wired, but data and write coverage differ by source.

Record connector owner, restaurant/location, granted permissions, authoritative fields, expected sync interval, and disconnect procedure. After connection, verify a small set of known values and the last-sync time.

During a mismatch, do not repeatedly disconnect, reconnect, or edit both systems. Capture source value, Semperi value, timestamps, and identifiers first.
