Understand which operational surfaces act and which primarily show connected data.

• Shop dashboard — partial; synchronized views, plus pause-orders and busy mode, which write.
• Orders — partial cart, checkout, cash, and state handling.
• Reservations — partial; confirm and decline notify the guest, but availability and modify stay in the source.
• Inbox — partial channel coverage and handling.

When Semperi and a source system disagree during service, protect the guest first and use the operational source of record. Capture evidence for later diagnosis.
