Read synchronized KPIs, orders, reviews, and top items without confusing a view with the source ledger.

Current status: partial. The KPI, order, review, and top-item views are synchronized reads. Check restaurant/location, period, timezone, and freshness before comparing figures. Differences often come from cutoff times, status filters, refunds, taxes, fees, or delayed synchronization.

Two controls on this surface write, and both are visible to diners:

• Pause new orders stops the restaurant accepting new online orders until a time the owner sets, at most 24 hours ahead. Diners cannot check out while it is paused, and ordering resumes on its own once that time passes. Clear the pause to resume sooner.
• Busy mode adds extra minutes, up to 60, to the ready time a diner is quoted.

Both take effect in Semperi, not in the source system, and both are audited.

For anything these controls do not cover, use the source system for time-critical operational decisions when data is stale. For support, provide the metric definition, both values, period, timezone, filters, and last-sync time.
