Reservations
Use synchronized reservation information within the current read-only boundary.
Current status: partial. An owner can decide a pending reservation in Semperi. A complete native booking and availability workflow is still not supported.
What Semperi does: a reservation sitting at pending can be confirmed or declined, with an optional reply the guest sees. The decision notifies the guest, so treat it as a real message sent on the restaurant’s behalf, not a draft.
Only a pending reservation can be decided. Once it is confirmed, declined, cancelled, or seated, the decision is closed and Semperi will refuse a second one — that guard is deliberate, so two people deciding at once cannot both notify the guest.
Modify, cancel, and availability stay in the restaurant’s reservation source. Verify location, party size, date, timezone, guest contact, and source identifier before helping a guest.
Never promise that a reservation changed based only on a draft or local display.
