Current status: partial. Inbox routes and APIs exist; full channel coverage and Host-assisted handling are not finished.

Before replying, confirm the guest, restaurant, channel, conversation history, and whether the message includes an order or reservation requiring its source system. Do not disclose private guest information across channels.

If a sent reply has an unknown result, inspect the channel before retrying. Capture the conversation identifier and timestamps without copying unrelated personal data.
