Menu import and publishing

Keep prices, options, availability, and dietary claims accurate from import to the guest site.

Current status: partial. Canonical menu, asynchronous file import, exact draft review, Keep/Undo, and website publication work. Fleksa sync has a separate owner-confirmed diff; some external parsing and recovery edges remain incomplete.

After import, compare item count and a sample from every category. Verify prices, tax/fee presentation, variants, required options, allergens, dietary labels, availability, and ordering hours. Imported text is not automatically trustworthy.

For chat changes, review categories, products, add-on groups, options, attachments, and prices in the exact change list. Use the guest preview labelled Draft preview — not live. Accept only the intended, dependency-safe changes into the draft, then use Keep or Undo. A kept draft is still not a published menu.

Publish Menu and Sync to Fleksa are separate owner confirmations. Review the channel diff before a Fleksa sync. If the local or remote menu changed after review, stop and prepare a fresh diff. Never solve a partial or unknown sync result by repeatedly overwriting both systems.
