Activate and onboard

Turn the correct scan into an owner-controlled workspace and verify every source before use.

Current status: partial. Account and activation exist. Connector coverage and setup recovery are still being completed.

There is no separate guided setup flow. The earlier step-by-step onboarding pages, the welcome and voice-setup step, and the floating “Getting started” launcher were removed. Activation progress now appears only as the Company Plan card on Today.

Use the owner’s invited email. Confirm the restaurant identity again at activation, then complete only the sources the restaurant authorizes. Record who controls each connected account.

Before finishing, verify business details, timezone, language, menu source, website/domain ownership, and the person allowed to approve public actions. A green setup check does not prove that imported data is accurate—open Brand DNA and inspect it.

If activation links expire, request a new link once. Never forward one-time codes or owner credentials to support.
